Ground Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) Program Earned Value Lead

About the role

The Ground Based Surveillance (GBS) Finance Team, in the Strategic Sensors and Precision Strike (SSPS) Mission area, has an immediate need for a Business Manager supporting the newly awarded $300M Ground Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) Program within the Strategic Early Warning (SEW) portfolio of programs.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of monthly earned value management cost and schedule control processes, analysis, and reporting to program leaders and stakeholders
• Brief senior program and functional leaders on program execution status displaying exceptional financial and business acumen
• Analyze key financial data that will enable sound program decision making; this includes earned value cost and schedule metrics, estimates at complete (EACs), program investments, and manpower planning
• Manage and maintain program baselines and ensure accuracy and timeliness of program cost charging aligned to business directives and policies
• Drive efficiencies, agility, and speed into financial processes utilizing the most up to date digital technology tools, training, and resources

Qualifications

• You Must Have:
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and/or Estimate At Complete (EAC) process
• We Prefer:
• Experience using SAP financial (or similar) accounting system and related reports

What We Offer

• Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
• The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
• This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
