About the role
The Equine Groom is responsible for performing the work necessary to care for horses.
Responsibilities
- Feeding, watering, and grooming horses
- Turning horses out to pasture
- Cleaning stalls and stables
- Other work assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- High School Diploma/HSE
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to frequently lift 50+ lbs
- Physically capable of extensive bending, stooping, and walking
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Experience with a bobcat and other farm equipment is highly desired
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly rate: $15.50
- Wednesday and Friday: 4PM – 11PM
- Every other weekend: 3PM – 11PM
