Responsibilities
- Cultivate a professional and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests courteously and assistively.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to shrink guidelines.
- Unload trucks (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, etc.), removing merchandise and sorting it into appropriate areas.
- Load merchandise onto carts for placement on designated shelves.
- Read and attach price labels to items.
- Stock merchandise on sales floor shelves and build special sales displays.
- Operate manual, powered pallet stackers or straddle stackers (if over 18 years old).
