Responsibilities

• Cultivate a professional and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
• Respond courteously and helpfully to customer inquiries and requests.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to shrink guidelines and ensure accurate pricing.
• Unload and sort merchandise from pallets into appropriate areas of the store.
• Load merchandise onto carts for proper display on shelves.
• Read and understand shelf and merchandise labels.
• Attach price labels to items manually.
• Stock merchandise on sales floor shelves and build special displays.
• Operate manual and powered pallet jacks, straddle stackers (if over 18 years old).
