Responsibilities
- Cultivate a professional demeanor, maintaining a positive attitude and representing the company positively.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests courteously and assistively.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to shrink guidelines and ensure accurate pricing.
- Unload and sort merchandise from pallets into appropriate areas of the store.
- Load merchandise onto carts for proper display.
- Read and understand shelf and merchandise labels.
- Attach price labels manually to each item.
- Stock merchandise on sales floor shelves and build special displays.
- Operate manual, powered, or straddle stackers as needed.
