Responsibilities

• Cultivate a professional demeanor, maintaining a positive attitude and representing the company positively.
• Respond courteously and helpfully to customer inquiries and requests.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Understand and adhere to shrink guidelines.
• Unload trucks (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, etc.), removing merchandise from pallets and sorting into appropriate groups.
• Load merchandise onto carts for placement on designated shelves, either in the back room or on the sales floor.
• Read and attach price labels to items.
• Stock merchandise on sales floor shelves and build special sales displays.
• Operate manual pallet-jacks, powered pallet stackers, or straddle stackers (if over 18 years old).
