Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all daily operations of the Grocery Department
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, in-stock conditions, and promotional execution
- Maintain department meeting financial goals including sales, margin, and shrink targets
- Oversee product quality, rotation, and compliance with freshness standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Hire, train, develop, and coach team members to maximize performance
- Create and manage schedules to align labor with business needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and food safety standards
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
- Previous grocery or retail management experience preferred
