Grocery & Distribution - Project Manager II
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes a lot of prose about company, position summary, essential job functions, core competencies, required education/experience, physical requirements, perks, benefits. No explicit Pay or Schedule info. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections. Benefits section: there is a "Let's Talk Perks" and then "Benefits" with list. So we can have Benefits heading. Also maybe "About the role" could be from position summary and description. "Responsibilities" from essential job functions. "Requirements" from required education/experience/licenses. "Skills" maybe from core competencies? But core competencies are more like competencies; could be Skills. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which to include based on content. We have content for About the role (position summary and company description). Responsibilities (essential job functions). Requirements (education, experience). Qualifications maybe overlapping with requirements; but we could combine. Skills (core competencies). Benefits (perks and benefits). No Pay or Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, recruitment fraud alert, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. Also remove application instructions (like "More information can be found here - https://...") and the links to youtube maybe? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should strip out the EEO lines, the fraud alert, the "More information can be found here", the YouTube link maybe considered navigation? It's a link to video about culture; could be considered part of "About the role"? Might be okay to keep? It's not boilerplate; it's a link to video about culture. Might be considered part of "About the role". But we can keep it as a link inside a paragraph? The instruction: output only HTML fragment, no markdown. We can include tags. It's okay.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like bullet points etc. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to convert lists.
Let's extract sections:
About the role: includes company description paragraphs: "At Henderson, We're About More Than Just Buildings..." up to "It's What We Do..." and "It's How We're Different..." plus position summary. We'll combine into prose
elements.
Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities with subheadings: Project Management, Program Management (where applicable), Quality, Client Experience, Leadership/Employee Engagement. We'll make a
with each bullet maybe as - containing the subheading and details? Could break each subheading into its own
- with inner text. But we need to preserve detail. Could do
- Project Management: ...
etc. That's acceptable.
Requirements: Required Education, Experience, Licenses & Technical Competencies. We'll make a with each bullet.
Skills: Core Competencies list: Communication, Integrity, Quality Orientation, Teamwork/Inclusion, Continuous Learning, Functional/Technical Expertise. Each with description. We'll make .
Benefits: "Let's Talk Perks" list and "Benefits" list. Combine into one Benefits section with . Items: Flexible Work Hours, Casual Dress Code, Paid Volunteer Time, Paid Parental Leave, Health and Wellness Initiatives, Receptive and Forward-Thinking Leadership, Clear Career Path Options, Industry-leading 401K match and profit sharing, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Paid Training for Professional Development, Performance Bonuses, Comprehensive and Extensive Insurance, Paid Term Life and Disability, Health Savings Account & Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off and Sick Time off, Financial Wellness & Coaching Program.
We should not include Pay or Schedule.
We must not include headings with empty content. Ensure each heading has content.

Maybe multiple paragraphs.
We need to avoid repeating the same info. Let's craft concise but preserve all details. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; not summarizing away detail. That means we cannot omit details; we need to keep them. But we can rephrase? The instruction says "do NOT invent or summarize away detail". Summarizing away detail would be removing details. So we must keep all details. That is tough if we need to keep everything verbatim. But we can keep the original sentences, just wrap in . So we could just copy the relevant sections into paragraphs, preserving original wording. That would be a lot of text but okay.
Thus we can output:
