Grocery Associate - Full-time

About the Role

The Monadnock Food Co-op in Keene, NH, is seeking an enthusiastic Grocery Associate to join our team. This role involves ensuring our aisles are tidy, local products are prominently displayed, and every customer has a great shopping experience. It’s a fast-paced, physical position that requires reliability, attention to detail, and a passion for our mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service
• Stock products from storage to the sales floor
• Maintain a well-presented and fully stocked department
• Assist Buyers and the Manager with additional duties as needed

Requirements

• Good work ethic and ability to work independently with speed and accuracy
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Physical capabilities: bend, squat, stoop, kneel, climb, and balance
• Availability for Friday-Tuesday mid/closing shifts

Qualifications

• Experience working in a natural foods’ grocery department preferred

Pay

Begins at $17.00 per hour with additional compensation for experience.

Schedule

Friday-Tuesday, mid/closing shifts.
