Grocery Associate FT

Responsibilities

• Serves as a liaison between customers and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains product availability and freshness, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Ensures proper temperature control and adheres to food safety guidelines.
• Participates in safety programs and reports any safety concerns or incidents.
• Assists with product recalls and ensures compliance with wage and hour policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
