Grocery Associate FT

Responsibilities

• Serves as a liaison between customers and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains product availability and freshness, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Ensures proper storage and handling of perishable goods according to food safety guidelines.
• Monitors and reports inventory discrepancies and conducts quality checks on products.
• Participates in safety programs, reporting and addressing safety hazards and incidents.
• Enforces compliance with wage and hour policies and participates in product recalls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 0-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to employment and food safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pull up to 250 lbs occasionally.
