Job Description The Grinder is responsible for grinding finished materials and label material as needed and specified. Responsibilities Identify different types of plastic materials pails and lids to grind and place regrind into Gaylord for re-useSafely operate forklift and pallet jackMaintain a clean work environment.Read and follow the daily production schedule and prioritize work for improved efficiencyMaintain set-up sheets and record changes and problems that are encountered Requirements Available for any shift.Able to lift 35 pounds.Work jobs that have repetitive motion.Implement and follow safe work practices and rules.Successfully pass E-verify, physician’s examination, drug screen and background check.Willing to have a baseline audio metric testPrefer high school graduate or GEDSufficient work experience to be successful on the job.Must have a valid state driver’s license.No history of convictions for speeding tickets or reckless driving.Must be able to pass a DOT drug test and physical exam The pay range is $19.50/hour plus shift differential.
