Grill Server
Classic Club, located in Palm Desert, CA, is part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management.
About the role
Seasonal part-time Grill Server position lasting 6 months or less. This role includes both front-of-house and back-of-house tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and uphold safe working conditions
- Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) and phone systems
- Handle cash and adhere to turn-in standards
- Maintain side work and cleanliness standards
- Execute proper service sequence with guests
- Understand dining room flow mechanics
- Follow reservation procedures
- Communicate banquet information and take preliminary bookings
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of one year of cooking experience
- Dependable and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in a team environment and take direction
- Must pass a background screening
Pay
$16.90 - $17.90 per hour depending on experience.
