About the role

Craft Culinary Concepts is the exclusive food and beverage provider for State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Our team brings top-tier service and management to leading venues across the nation, including stadiums, sports venues, cultural attractions, and music venues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great tasting products for the concession stand
• Meet Craft Culinary Concepts standards, goals, and objectives
• Communicate inventory levels and prep times to the Stand Manager
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Assist with cleaning and preparing the assigned location
• Communicate guest comments and suggestions to leadership

Requirements

• At least 16 years old
• Valid TEAM or TIP certification card
• Valid County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts
• H.S Diploma or equivalent (if currently enrolled)
• Complete all pre-employment forms, pass background check, and math assessment
• Minimum 6 months (preferred 2+ years) experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment or another stadium/arena
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis
• Able to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise

Other Skills/Abilities

• Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length
• Able to work in a fast-paced, tightly quartered environment
• Able to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise
