About the role
Reporting to the Food and Nutrition Services Director, Cook I is expected to perform a variety of food service-related duties according to all the standards, policies, and procedures applicable to Redlands Community Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Food preparation, set-up, and serving of food for patient services, cafeteria and catering
- Cafeteria food preparation and service
- Stocking areas
- Washing dishes
- Perform cashier duties
- All foods produced must be prepared according to a recipe or procedure
- Cash handling must comply with all required policies and controls
Requirements
- High School Education or Equivalent, preferred
- Food Service or Food Production and Cashier experience preferred
- Basic Computer Skills/Data Entry, preferred
