Rôles et responsabilités
- Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions using the software suite.
- Maintain project deliverables throughout the lifecycle of projects.
- Participate throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects, making decisions regarding architecture, design, and functionality to keep programs on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations.
- Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies for their organization through site evaluations.
- Responsible for preparation for go-live and support, and post-live assessments. Work collaboratively with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop expertise within their own function. May include roles as experts in their field, providing professional or enlightened leadership.
- Influence policies and implement within the scope of responsibility, ensuring liaison with other organizational sectors.
- Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
- Analyze industry trends to illuminate the decision-making process.
- Aid colleagues in finding creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes involving various technical aspects and/or interdependent production cycles.
- Navigate interactions with adjacent functions to resolve issues.
- Evaluate received information critically and challenge contradictory data for analysis purposes.
- Qualifications
- For roles outside the US - Requires advanced experience in the function and digital audio workstation. Equivalent to a Master's degree from an accredited university (or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience).
- For roles in the US - Master's degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma and/or general studies degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in the function).
- Solid communication skills (oral and written).
- Solid interpersonal and leadership skills.
