Greetings and Seating

Greets guests, determines seating location, escorts guests to tables, and provides menus.

Engagement and Interaction

• Greets guests and team members, initiating interactions to provide service.
• Uses a positive parting remark to end conversations.

Phone and Reservation Systems

• Answers phone, utilizes reservation system, responds to guest inquiries and takes reservations.

Referrals and Promotions

• Refers difficult guest complaints to management.
• Keeps abreast of casino promotions and events to respond to guest inquiries.

Guest Identification and Alcohol Awareness

• Inspects guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumption.
• Maintains awareness of alcohol awareness program guidelines and monitors guest alcohol consumption.

Other Duties

• Performs all other duties as assigned.
