Bartender Mian Asian Restaurant Part-Time

Greets guests immediately

Takes drink and/or food orders from customers or beverage servers.

Maintains clean and sanitary bar area

Washes glasses.

Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies

Collects payment and follows cash handling procedures

Inspects guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumption

Makes sure guests are of legal drinking age before serving alcohol.

Monitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines

Ensures guests are not consuming too much alcohol and follows company policies.

Resolves guest complaints

Communicates with management to address customer issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of related experience preferred.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of beverage order processing systems.
• Able to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
