Greeter - Evenings and Saturdays

About the role

As a Greeter at the Bobby Rahal Automotive Group, you’ll perform a variety of duties to ensure every client feels welcome at the dealership. You’ll interact daily with clients via inbound and outbound calls, as well as collaborate directly with sales and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all clients, vendors, and other visitors entering the showroom.
• Use a multi-line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party.
• Process receipts for transactions in the sales department.
• Handle paperwork for accounting functions related to dealer trades performed by the sales department.
• Perform general office duties such as emailing, copying, filing, and faxing.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Professional and friendly phone skills, with a passion for customer service.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and driving record check.
