Evening/Weekend Greeter

About the role

Richard Chevrolet is seeking a part‑time evening/weekend greeter/receptionist for its Sales Department. The position is permanent with the dealership, which is family‑owned and operated for over 50 years and offers a fun, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Greet walk‑in customers
• Maintain and update various Excel spreadsheets
• Perform other clerical and administrative functions
• Provide weekday coverage for the day receptionist and/or rental associate to earn extra hours

Qualifications

• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Well spoken with a positive, upbeat demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred

Schedule

Monday‑Thursday: 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.; Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; last Sunday of each month: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
