Greeter- Dulles Airport

About the role

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Greeter. This position provides superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process.

Responsibilities

• Work proactively with drivers, service agents, handheld return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply.
• Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot.
• Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable.
• Absorb and respond to customer inquiries and concerns to minimize counter visits.
• Communicate customer service issues to management.
• Maintain hangtag information correctly.
• Maintain a clean low mileage fleet mix.
• Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness.
• Thank members for their business.
• Provide upgraded vehicles on request.
• Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must have at least 1 year experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management
• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of employment reference, education and social security.
• Must be able to handle physical aspects of this job to include working outside in various temperatures, standing for long periods of time, bending, squatting and moving quickly with or without reasonable accommodation

Schedule

• Monday- Wednesday: 12:00pm-8:30pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 5:00am-1:30pm

Pay

The pay for this position starts at $18.50 / hour
