Greenbelt Museum Camp Volunteers

Responsibilities

• Aid museum educators with daily camp activities, setup, and cleanup
• Encourage participation, answer questions, and maintain a positive learning environment
• Lead small-group crafts, games, or history-themed projects
• Monitor campers and follow museum safety procedures

Qualifications

• Interest in history, museums, education, or working with children
• Reliable, friendly, and comfortable interacting with youth
• Ability to stand, move, and assist with hands-on activities both indoors and outdoors
• Prior experience with camps or teaching is helpful but not required
