Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED
• Experience: Minimum one (1) year previous experience in guest services
• Skills: Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles; Ability to greet guests warmly, handle inquiries, and provide a positive first impression; Clear and polite verbal communication for interacting with guests and team members; Quick thinking to resolve guest concerns or logistical issues; Efficiently handling multiple tasks like luggage assistance and vehicle parking during peak times; Ability to lift and carry luggage, stand for long periods, and work in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring guest belongings are handled carefully and vehicles are parked securely
• Maintaining a professional and neat appearance
• Greet and thank each guest during the arrival and departure experience
• Assist, retrieve, store guest luggage
• Perform room deliveries
• Open car/lobby doors for all guests
• Maintain proper control of all guest keys
• Maintains traffic control, ensuring fire lanes are kept clear at all times
• Secure taxis and other transportation for guests
