Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or GED
- Experience: Minimum one (1) year previous experience in guest services
- Skills: Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles; Ability to greet guests warmly, handle inquiries, and provide a positive first impression; Clear and polite verbal communication for interacting with guests and team members; Quick thinking to resolve guest concerns or logistical issues; Efficiently handling multiple tasks like luggage assistance and vehicle parking during peak times; Ability to lift and carry luggage, stand for long periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring guest belongings are handled carefully and vehicles are parked securely
- Maintaining a professional and neat appearance
- Greet and thank each guest during the arrival and departure experience
- Assist, retrieve, store guest luggage
- Perform room deliveries
- Open car/lobby doors for all guests
- Maintain proper control of all guest keys
- Maintains traffic control, ensuring fire lanes are kept clear at all times
- Secure taxis and other transportation for guests

- Transporting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering items weighing up to 80 lbs
