Graphics Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Process and prepare customer artwork for proofing and production.
- Review incoming files to ensure all specifications (size, colors, tabs, etc.) are complete and accurate.
- Identify potential technical or timing issues early and recommend effective solutions.
- Communicate required design adjustments to the Graphics Coordinator or Supervisor to meet printing tolerances.
- Prepare, print, and assemble color proofs for customer review.
- Finalize files for production following customer approval.
- Respond to sales and internal inquiries regarding artwork and printing specifications.
- Participate in customer pre-production meetings or calls as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design or artwork preparation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, QuarkXPress, or similar).
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent education in graphic design or a related field.
- Knowledge of the flexographic printing process.
- Experience supporting production or manufacturing-based design workflows.

This is a full-time position. This position is 100% onsite in Norwood, NJ. Wage Range: $23–$27/hour
