Key Responsibilities

• Installation Excellence: Safely and accurately install a variety of signage, from window graphics to large exterior signs, ensuring each meets our high standards and client expectations.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation, including bucket truck, ladders, drills, and other hand tools.
• Site Assessment: Evaluate installation sites to ensure proper fitting and positioning of signage, making adjustments as necessary for optimal visibility and durability.
• Customer Interaction: Work directly with clients during installations, providing a professional service experience and addressing any onsite concerns.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.

A Day in the Life

• 7:45am: Arrival and prepare for the day's installations
• 8am: Team meeting to go over the weekly installation schedule
• 8:30am-9am: Prepare/load any necessary tools/materials
• 9am-4pm: Travel to installations site(s) and complete. Take completion photos, notify office team of completed job or of any issues
• 4pm-4:30pm: Reorganize tools, vehicles, prepare for next day as needed
• *4x 10 hour days is an option if preferred*

Qualifications

• Experience in sign installation or a related construction field
• Problem-solving ability
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders
• Wrap certifications preferred but not required
