Installer

Job Summary

We are seeking an Installer Helper to join our team of professionals in a fast-paced, challenging environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. As an Installer, you will work with materials, use tools and equipment to install in-home storage such as closets and pantries, grind and prep the floors, and apply epoxy resin and coatings. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to work as a team member and problem-solve.
• Ability to use commercial shop equipment and tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as a team member.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to lift over 40 pounds.
• Coachable and ready to learn.
• Effective communication skills.
• Able to manage time to meet deadlines.
