Graphic Designer (Temp Contract)

About the role

Spark is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Packaging & Content Design team on a 15-week contract. This is a graphic design-focused role (no UX required), supporting a range of creative projects across packaging, branded content, and presentation design. You will create high-quality visual assets, compelling presentation decks, and packaging concepts while working closely with our creative team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creative assets across packaging, content, and presentations.
• Create clear, engaging presentation decks with strong visual storytelling.
• Support a variety of creative projects, from planned initiatives to quick-turn design requests.
• Collaborate with the Packaging & Content Design team to deliver work that meets brand standards and project objectives.
• Ensure all creative work is delivered with exceptional attention to detail and quality.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design excellence.
• Modern visual design aesthetic with exceptional typography and layout skills.
• Ability to create polished presentations and communicate ideas visually.
• Flexibility to support a variety of creative projects while managing multiple priorities.

Tools

• Essential: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint
• Desirable: Packaging design experience, Figma, experience using AI tools for concept development and creative workflow

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
