Job Responsibilities
- Create high-quality templates for PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel workbooks.
- Design and build layouts, visual systems, and reusable design components.
- Format and refine files for consistency, including typography, spacing, alignment, color, imagery, tables, charts, and content hierarchy.
- Translate creative briefs and content requirements into practical, customer-ready template designs.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product partners to incorporate feedback and continuously improve template quality.
- Maintain strong attention to file structure, usability, accessibility, and cross-platform presentation quality.
- Set milestones and adhere to deadlines aligned to product needs, pivoting as priorities shift.
- Integrate AI tools into content and design workflows while maintaining a human-in-the-loop approach to quality.
- Demonstrate proactive communication and collaboration with core team members and broader vendor partners.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience with a focus on presentations, documents, and workbooks.
- Demonstrated experience designing professional content in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong graphic design craft including typography, layout, color, composition, hierarchy, and visual balance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of template systems including reusable layouts, consistent styling, and scalable design patterns.
- Detail-oriented approach to formatting, alignment, spacing, accessibility, and file quality.
- Ability to follow creative direction, interpret briefs, and apply feedback efficiently across high-volume work.
- Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices for presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Experience designing within established brand systems or design guidelines.

Duration: 4 months
Pay Range*: $26.50 - $30 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
Job Status: Non-Exempt
