About the Role

Graphic Designer, Senior positions are available at Booz Allen Hamilton. We are seeking individuals with 8+ years of experience in graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia products, experience with Section 508 compliance, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia products.
• Experience with Section 508 compliance for designing and developing accessible products.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to facilitate client-facing discussions to interpret workforce messaging, display data visually, and conceptualize analytic ideas.
• Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work, including visual solutions for complex challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver design outcomes that align with mission-focused goals.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Skills

• Strong understanding of design principles and typography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with design tools such as Premiere Pro, XD, and MAPublisher.
• Knowledge of DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) processes and requirements.
• Ability to set expectations, define project timelines, and deliver quality products with minimal supervision or oversight.
• Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).

This position offers a flexible schedule, with options including remote, hybrid, and onsite work arrangements.
