About the Role
Graphic Designer, Senior positions are available at Booz Allen Hamilton. We are seeking individuals with 8+ years of experience in graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia products, experience with Section 508 compliance, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia products.
- Experience with Section 508 compliance for designing and developing accessible products.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to facilitate client-facing discussions to interpret workforce messaging, display data visually, and conceptualize analytic ideas.
- Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work, including visual solutions for complex challenges.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver design outcomes that align with mission-focused goals.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Skills
- Strong understanding of design principles and typography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with design tools such as Premiere Pro, XD, and MAPublisher.
- Knowledge of DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) processes and requirements.
- Ability to set expectations, define project timelines, and deliver quality products with minimal supervision or oversight.
- Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
This position offers a flexible schedule, with options including remote, hybrid, and onsite work arrangements.
