Graphic Designer (Onsite)

40-hour/week, 4-week contract opportunity in Phoenix, AZ with possibility for extension. Onsite, PC environment (not Mac).

Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials including informational marketing brochures, flyers, postcards, general marketing letters, proposals, etc. using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
• Assist in the utilization of various tools in key proposals and presentations; create floor plans and site plans
• Proofing and editing of marketing packages for superior quality

Requirements

• 3+ years graphic design and marketing experience
• Excellent communication skills; ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sources
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and HTML
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices including social media and corporate branding
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet critical deadlines
• Must be a team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Real estate experience
