About the Role

Leads design direction, ensures quality, and builds systems that support scalable, high-impact creative output aligned with mission and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and execution for campaigns and initiatives
• Apply foundational design principles including typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
• Design for digital platforms including social media and web
• Direct and review design work for quality and consistency
• Translate strategy into visual narratives
• Establish and refine standards, templates, and systems
• Mentor designers and guide creative direction
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders
• Oversee complex projects and vendor coordination
• Improve workflows and scalability
• Demonstrate commitment to the mission of Mentor A Promise and the communities it serves
• Work effectively across multiple projects with varying timelines and complexity
• Maintain strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and follow-through
• Adhere to organized file structures, naming conventions, asset management, and reliable handoff practices
• Collaborate in a solutions-oriented manner with internal teams, partners, and vendors

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills
• Figma expertise
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Portfolio required for consideration
