Graphic Designer III

Key Responsibilities

• Create, configure, and launch SharePoint Online team and communication sites using approved templates and governance guidelines
• Develop site information architecture: pages, navigation, lists, libraries, metadata, views, and permissions
• Establish governance, content cadence, and usage guidelines for stakeholders
• Manage site lifecycle: updates, enhancements, content refreshes, and archival
• Produce high-quality visual content for SharePoint pages, intranet sites, internal communications, presentations, and vlogs
• Support UX/UI visual design for new intranet experiences
• Translate business needs and unstructured requests into user-focused content layouts and site structures

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and managing SharePoint Online sites and intranet experiences, including site architecture, governance, content, and lifecycle management
• Strong creativity, storytelling, and content-publishing skills, with the ability to organize messaging and create engaging internal digital experiences
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools, with experience producing branded web and intranet graphics
• Understanding of analytics and user engagement strategies for internal websites
• Excellent consultative, communication, requirements-gathering, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate unstructured business needs into effective digital solutions
• Associate’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• A portfolio or work samples submitted with the resume
