Graphic Designer & Digital Content Developer

The Graphic Designer & Digital Content Developer is responsible for creating engaging visual content and marketing assets to enhance brand awareness, demand generation, sales support, guest engagement, and business growth across various channels. Key duties include: designing marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials; developing digital assets for websites, email campaigns, and social media; producing and editing videos and motion graphics; designing guest-facing materials like maps and signage; supporting trade shows and events with visual displays; managing digital asset libraries and supporting content initiatives within web and digital platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field; 5+ years of experience in graphic design or digital content creation; advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications; experience with DAM and content management systems; strong understanding of brand storytelling and digital best practices; excellent organizational and project management skills. Hospitality or destination marketing experience is a plus. This role requires managing multiple projects, adhering to brand standards, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions that support business objectives.
