Graphic Designer (Custom Neon Sign Designer)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team at Custom Neon. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design and be able to create attractive, customized neon sign artwork based on customer requirements. Fresh graduates with knowledge of graphic design software and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design custom LED neon sign artwork based on customer requirements.
• Create digital mock-ups and design proofs for customer approval.
• Convert logos, text, and graphics into production-ready neon designs.
• Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Modify existing designs based on customer feedback.
• Prepare print-ready and manufacturing files.
• Maintain organized design files and project documentation.
• Ensure all designs meet company quality standards and production guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and typography styles.
• Support marketing with creative banners, social media creatives, and promotional graphics when required.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory).
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
• Good understanding of typography, color combinations, and layout design.
• Ability to convert customer ideas into creative visual concepts.
• Basic knowledge of vector graphics and file formats.
• Attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and production processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in graphic design (Freshers can apply).
• Portfolio of academic, freelance, or personal design work is preferred.
