Graphic Designer - Sign Production

Join our team at Image 360 Arlington in Arlington, TX, where you’ll bring signage visions to life in person as both a Designer and Sign Production/Installation specialist.

About the role

You’ll design client signage, operate production equipment (printers, laminators, laser engraver), assemble signs, and perform installations—wall graphics, window graphics, some vehicle graphics, and more. We value a client-first, results-driven mindset, ethical teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design clients’ signage on a timely basis (15 minutes for simple signs; more time for complex projects)
• Collaborate with clients to refine their vision while ensuring realism and practicality
• Verify accuracy in sizing, grammar, and spelling
• Print and produce signs using equipment (laminators, laser engraver, etc.)
• Assemble signs—weeding, taping, and applying with a Cut Work Table
• Install graphics (window, vehicle, wall, dimensional) as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Strong sign design skills
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and math skills (ability to read a tape measure)
• 2+ years in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and 1+ year in Onyx Thrive (or equivalent RIP software)
• Familiarity with CoreBridge (or similar POS systems) for reading work orders
• College degree or minimum of an associate’s degree preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle deadline pressure
• Strong communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
