Job Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop executive-level communications and presentations.
- Transform complex business and technical content into clear, concise, and visually compelling narratives.
- Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executive, customer, and internal audiences.
- Design and deliver professional visual communication assets including: Infographics, Process flows, Diagrams, Charts and graphs, Organizational storytelling materials, and Executive Briefing Center (EBC) content.
- Plan, analyze, and create visual solutions to communication challenges.
- Apply graphic design principles, information design, and branding standards to all deliverables.
- Develop layouts, sketches, concepts, and presentation materials for stakeholder review.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure communications are accurate, polished, and audience appropriate.
- Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Design, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, executive communications, presentation design, or visual communications.
- A portfolio demonstrating ability to create polished executive presentations, infographics, diagrams, and communication assets that influence decision-making and effectively communicate complex ideas.
- Experience supporting executive communications and leadership presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including executive-ready slide design.
- Experience creating infographics, process diagrams, charts, and other visual storytelling assets.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and graphic publishing tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar).
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and branding principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing Executive Briefing Center (EBC) materials.
- Experience creating customer-facing communications and executive storytelling content.
- Background supporting technology, business, or corporate communications initiatives.
- Experience simplifying highly technical concepts into audience-friendly content.
- Knowledge of information design and data visualization best practices.
