Graphic Designer / Content Creator

About the Role

We are looking for a designer/content creator who understands communication, marketing, hierarchy, and execution, not only software. We care about taste, speed, problem-solving, and the ability to create work that actually does the job—whether it’s selling a product, building a brand, making a brochure easier to understand, or creating content people want to watch.

This is probably NOT the right fit if:

• You overcomplicate simple tasks
• You need endless meetings to produce work
• You cannot take feedback or adapt quickly
• You only know one software
• You are not actively learning new tools and technologies
• You call yourself a designer but don’t understand marketing or communication
• You are not comfortable figuring things out independently
• You are looking for remote or hybrid work

Responsibilities

What You’ll Work On:

• Brochures, sales sheets, presentations, menus, packaging, tradeshow graphics
• Social media graphics and short-form video content
• Basic video editing for Reels, TikTok, ads, and presentations
• Photo retouching and image editing
• AI-assisted creative production
• Brand and marketing materials that are built to perform, not just “look nice”

Requirements

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals:
  • Hierarchy
  • Typography
  • Layout
  • Spacing
  • Branding
  • Marketing communication
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Video editing skills (CapCut is fine, Premiere is a plus)
• Comfortable using AI tools for image generation, retouching, productivity, and creative workflows
• Ability to work fast without producing sloppy work
• Ability to take direction without ego
