About the role

The health system is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their in-house Marketing team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role supports the full range of marketing efforts across various platforms.

Responsibilities

Create engaging, on-brand graphics for social media, email, and digital advertising campaigns
Develop web assets such as banners, landing page graphics, and UI elements
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and materials
Support video projects, including basic editing, motion graphics, and animated content
Collaborate with the marketing team and CMO to translate strategic direction into compelling visual content
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Stay current on design trends, healthcare marketing best practices, and industry standards
Aid in photography and image editing/retouching as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of professional graphic design experience (healthcare or related industry a plus)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required
Working knowledge of video editing/motion graphics tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) preferred
Experience designing for web and familiarity with content management systems a plus
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand consistency
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong portfolio demonstrating range across social, print, digital, and video design
Intermediate level experience in graphic design

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
