About the role
A highly motivated Graphic Designer is sought to join the Marketing team at TECHLITE, a U.S.-owned manufacturer specializing in acoustic panels and specialty insulation systems. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this full-time, onsite position in Tempe, AZ focuses on graphic design tasks while supporting various marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, website content, advertisements, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
- Assist in SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
- Support the marketing team in promoting activities, events, and campaigns.
- Provide consultative support and communicate technical information to customers.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing.
- Support other departments with design needs, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience (7-10 years) in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work in both print and digital applications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in both graphic design and marketing disciplines.
- Experience with 3D rendering, video editing, and large flatbed printers (e.g., Canon Arizona 1360 GTF) is a plus, but not required.
