What You'll Do

• Design and execute retail packaging, product inserts, displays, and supporting graphics
• Prepare print-ready production files, including dielines, bleeds, color corrections, and spot colors
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple product lines and retail partners
• Absorb and present concept boards for line reviews and buyer meetings
• Organize and manage digital design assets and file systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and production timelines
• Research consumer, toy, and retail design trends to support new product concepts
• Ensure artwork meets quality, safety, and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 0–3+ years of graphic design experience (entry-level and experienced designers encouraged to apply)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Understanding of packaging layout, typography, and color
• Experience preparing print-ready files for production
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with retail or consumer product packaging
• Familiarity with packaging dielines and print production
• Experience creating mockups or packaging renders
