About the role
Nic Nac Naturals is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and support marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphics and visual content for various marketing materials including social media posts, brochures, and packaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design elements are consistent with overall branding and messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with digital design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Understanding of print production processes and color theory.
- Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design.
