About the role

Nic Nac Naturals is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and support marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics and visual content for various marketing materials including social media posts, brochures, and packaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design elements are consistent with overall branding and messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Understanding of print production processes and color theory.
• Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design.
