About the Role

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging designs that communicate ideas effectively across print and digital platforms. This role collaborates with marketing teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to produce branding materials, promotional assets, presentations, and other creative content. The ideal candidate combines creativity, technical expertise, and strong project management skills to deliver high-quality visual solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
  • Experience with animation or video design is preferred.
  • Background in B2B marketing is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives.
  • Create logos, branding materials, promotional assets, and communication materials.
  • Design visually compelling layouts using graphics, typography, and imagery.
  • Present creative concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
  • Prepare final artwork for both print and digital production.
  • Ensure all designs meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to complex creative projects alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain organized design files and production specifications.
  • Demonstrate creativity, professionalism, and strong visual communication skills.
