Dairy Boy is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand built around a new vision of American style — blending nostalgia, sport, and everyday life with a point of view that feels fresh, intentional, and distinctly its own. We help people build lives and spaces that reflect who they are, and our audience is passionate, loyal, and growing fast across every platform. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to bring a sharp, consistent hand to how Dairy Boy looks everywhere it shows up — from a product page to a pop-up storefront. Reporting directly to our Art Director, you'll be the person who takes a creative direction and actually builds it, across nearly every format the brand touches. You'll design the day-to-day: social assets that keep our feed feeling considered, layouts for web and email that make the site itself feel like part of the brand, and collateral — lookbooks, signage, packaging inserts. You'll also help shape how Dairy Boy shows up in person, designing for pop-ups, retail environments, events, and the special projects that don't fit a template. The right person is technically strong and genuinely fluent in the tools — Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, all of it, second nature rather than something you're still looking up. They can take loose direction from an Art Director and turn it into something polished without needing every decision spelled out, and they know the difference between a layout that looks right on a screen and one that's actually production-ready. They have real taste, but they also have the discipline to execute someone else's vision as carefully as their own. Dairy Boy is scaling quickly, and this role touches nearly everything the brand puts out into the world. You'll work directly with senior leadership, have real ownership over the craft behind our social, web, and in-person presence, and help build a design language that's unmistakably ours. If you want to do meaningful work at a brand that cares deeply about taste and craft, this is a great place to do it. What you’ll doDesign social assets across platforms — Instagram, TikTok, email, and whatever's next — that keep the feed feeling considered, not thrown togetherDesign web layouts and campaign pages that make our website feel as intentional as the product itself (design only — this isn't a development role)Build design assets for pop-ups, retail environments, and events, from signage to full space conceptsDesign collateral for special projects and seasonal moments — lookbooks, packaging inserts, print materials, whatever a launch calls forTake direction from the Art Director and translate loose creative concepts into polished, on-brand executionMaintain visual consistency across every touchpoint, so a customer recognizes Dairy Boy whether they're on the site, in a store, or at an eventPrepare clean, production-ready files — correct specs, formats, and handoff — so nothing gets lost between design and executionPartner cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and retail to keep design work on calendar and aligned with what's coming nextKeep a pulse on design and culture worth bringing into the brand's worldTrack what resonates across social, web, and in-person touchpoints, and carry those learnings into future work What we’re looking for2–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally at a fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand, agency, or studioExpert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus FigmaStrong web and digital design sense — you can design a page that a developer can actually build, even though building it isn't your jobExperience designing across a wide range of formats: social, web, print, and physical spaceA sharp eye for typography, layout, and brand systems — with real illustration or hand-lettering skills when a project calls for original artwork, not just arranging what's already thereComfortable taking direction from an Art Director and executing someone else's vision with the same care as your ownNotices what a launch or season will need graphically before someone has to ask, and gets it movingExcellent organizational and time management skills — able to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing the detailsTechnically precise — from Instagram stories to print files for billboards, you know how to prep a file correctly the first time, not just make it look right on your screenStrong communication skills, written and in person, for presenting work and taking feedbackComfortable using AI design tools as part of the process, and genuinely curious what's nextA degree or formal training in graphic design is preferred, but real, obvious skill matters more than the degree DetailsFull-time, hybrid role based between Westport, CT and Manhattan — in the office Monday through Thursday, remote on Fridays.
