What You’ll Do
- Develop compelling, professional visual designs that communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and the public.
- Interpret and distill highly technical information into clear, engaging visuals for mainstream audiences.
- Create a wide range of creative assets, including:
- Print materials (posters, flyers, direct mail, reports)
- Digital marketing assets (social media graphics, email campaigns)
- Presentations
- Interactive media (GIFs, animations, video)
- Websites
- Branding (logos, style guides, visual identity systems)
- Support marketing and brand initiatives through email marketing, website content management, event materials, promotional products, office signage, presentations, and other print and digital assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives while managing multiple projects and priorities.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with 3+ years of graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining websites using WordPress and Webflow is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong understanding of digital design, layout, typography, and visual communication across print and web.
- Excellent creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
