Accountabilities
- Develop high-quality visual experiences that support brand growth, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement.
- Balancing creative strategy with detailed execution while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Create designs across multiple channels, including digital campaigns, ecommerce experiences, social media, advertising, and out-of-home marketing.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity system across all customer-facing touchpoints.
- Collaborate with creative leaders, copywriters, marketing teams, and stakeholders to create unified brand experiences.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions by contributing original ideas and helping refine creative concepts.
- Develop multiple design directions, evaluate creative approaches, and identify the strongest solutions.
- Create campaign visuals that combine strong storytelling, visual impact, and conversion-focused thinking.
- Present creative concepts and explain design decisions clearly to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Support and guide external creative partners, including photographers, agencies, freelancers, and production vendors.
- Stay adaptable in a fast-moving remote environment while contributing to a collaborative and innovative creative culture.
Requirements
- Experienced designer with strong branding expertise, excellent visual judgment, and the ability to independently manage projects from concept to completion.
- Strong proficiency with industry-standard design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in visual design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color theory, and hierarchy.
- Proven ability to transform creative briefs into strong concepts and execute polished final designs.
- Deep understanding of brand development, visual identity systems, and maintaining consistency across multiple channels.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting creative work to stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain creative rationale and incorporate feedback.
- Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a remote environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, branding, and campaign execution.
- Preferred: Experience combining agency and in-house creative work or supporting high-growth brands.
