Graphic Designer
Job Summary
The Graphic Designer at Fiduciary Trust International plays a crucial role in shaping and executing the firm's visual brand identity. This role supports and helps shape Fiduciary Trust International's visual brand identity across all marketing touchpoints, including events and sponsorships, sales collateral, digital marketing, social media, thought leadership, advertising, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Help shape, execute and evolve Fiduciary Trust International's visual identity across all client-facing and internal marketing materials.
- Ensure consistency overall design standards, including layout, typography, color and imagery guidelines, across channels and materials.
- Partner with the marketing leadership team to refine and expand brand guidelines, design templates and creative standards as the firm's marketing capabilities continue to grow.
- Create a wide range of marketing and business development materials across print and digital channels, including brochures, presentations, thought leadership, client communications, sales materials, infographics, advertisements, email campaigns, social media assets, event communications, signage and promotional materials.
- Develop visual assets that support the firm's website, email marketing, social media channels, digital advertising and thought leadership initiatives, optimizing designs for multiple platforms and audiences.
- Design creative materials for client events, conferences and sponsorships, including invitations, event branding, signage, digital displays, presentation graphics and other attendee-facing collateral.
- Prepare print-ready and digital production files, ensuring accuracy, consistency, quality and adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and business partners early in the creative process to develop visual concepts that communicate complex ideas clearly, strengthen storytelling and advance marketing objectives.
- Incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining brand standards and design integrity.
- Manage multiple concurrent design projects from concept through final production.
- Prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers and production partners as needed.
- Maintain organized project files and digital asset libraries.
- Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies and best practices across print, digital and presentation design.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, templates and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably within financial services, professional services or another highly regulated industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across print, digital and presentation design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience using Figma for collaborative design and digital asset creation.
- Strong PowerPoint design skills with experience creating executive-level presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with print production processes and digital design best practices.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently with limited creative oversight while seeking input when appropriate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships across departments.
- Curious, collaborative and eager to continue developing both creative and technical skills.

The annual salary for this position ranges between $80,000 - $95,000, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
