Graphic Designer

Bumble's Creative Studio is an exciting inflection point, supporting Bumble Inc.'s portfolio of apps globally. We're looking for a vibrant Graphic Designer to join our small but mighty team, working on global projects across time zones. In this role, you'll help develop effective, exciting, and culturally relevant work for our portfolio of brands, collaborating with a full-service, in-house creative team of designers, art directors, copywriters, video editors, and producers.

About the role

You’ll design across a broad range of communications—social, growth, CRM, ASO, marketing, and partnership campaigns—spanning print, digital, and out-of-home channels. This fast-paced, dynamic environment values your creativity and technical skills in producing compelling designs. The role is based in the US and reports to the Design Lead in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Design across a variety of communications for Bumble Inc.’s diverse brands globally.
• Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually compelling designs for print and digital media.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers, and art directors to produce cohesive, engaging work.
• Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming and concepting sessions to enhance overall design quality.
• Present work to key stakeholders, explaining the assignment and the rationale behind design decisions.
• Uphold and champion Bumble Inc.’s brand standards across all markets and touchpoints.
• Manage your own workload effectively, proactively flagging resource or timeline considerations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the tech sector.
• Proficiency in design applications (Adobe CC, Figma) and openness to AI tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to deliver work across digital, print, packaging, and out-of-home channels.
• Conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for Bumble’s brand vision and values.
