About the role
The Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist supports The Company’s marketing, branding, and communications efforts through the design, development, and execution of creative assets across print and digital platforms. This role assists in elevating The Company’s brands through compelling visual storytelling, engaging marketing campaigns, and consistent brand execution.
Responsibilities
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, one-pagers, presentations, proposals, trade show materials, advertisements, and promotional items
- Design graphics for social media, recruiting campaigns, internal communications, and company events
- Maintain and uphold The Company’s brand standards across all marketing materials
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Aid in logo, apparel, signage, vehicle wrap, and promotional product designs
- Design, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Develop engaging graphics and visuals that showcase projects, employees, company culture, and industry expertise
- Monitor engagement and recommend opportunities to improve performance
- Support website updates and digital marketing initiatives
- Assist with recruiting campaigns and employer branding initiatives
- Design internal communications including newsletters, announcements, recognition programs, and presentations
- Ensure brand consistency across materials
- Cover trade shows, conferences, community events, and client meetings through marketing materials and event branding
- Coordinate with project teams to gather project information and create marketing content
- Support employee engagement through internal campaigns, recognition programs, and events
- Take on additional brand, communications, and marketing responsibilities as skills develop and business needs evolve
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0+ years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus
- Experience with photography and basic video editing preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work
- Construction, industrial, engineering, or B2B marketing experience is a plus
