We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Skills And Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule, etc. Only include sections with real content. We must not repeat job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's parse. Job description: THE POSITION ... (intro paragraph). Then Key Responsibilities list (Responsibility #1...#7). Then Skills And Qualifications list (bullet points). Then WHAT YOU WILL BRING (list of traits). Then HIRING TIMELINE (dates). Then Internship Program Overview (description). Then Program Duration, Pay, Structure. Then About Endeavor (mission etc). We need to decide sections. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Pay: New York State minimum wage ($17/hr), up to 40 hours/week. So Pay section. Schedule: hybrid internship in New York City, with three days per week to be spent at Endeavor Global’s HQ office in Downtown Manhattan. Also program duration June 7, 2027 to August 13 2027. That's schedule/duration. Could be Schedule section. Benefits: Not explicitly listed; maybe none. The posting mentions real portfolio pieces, printed ones, access to fireside chats etc. Those could be considered benefits. But we should only include Benefits if posting actually states them. It does mention "You'll leave with new skills, relationships across 50+ countries, and a much deeper understanding..." and "access most internships can’t offer, including fireside chats with our CEO, candid conversations with category-defining Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and face time with executives across our global HQ." That's benefits. So we can include Benefits section. About the role: we have introductory paragraph describing role. Could be About the role. Responsibilities: list. Requirements: Skills And Qualifications + WHAT YOU WILL BRING maybe combined as Requirements or Qualifications. We'll use Requirements heading. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not needed. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

About the role

... intro paragraph(s) ...

Responsibilities

  • Design social graphics across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok: single posts, carousels, stories, and covers
  • Edit and caption short vertical video from founder interviews, event footage, and panel recordings
  • Turn research findings and impact data into clear, readable graphics
  • Build promo assets for Endeavor events and campaign moments
  • Support Elsewhere, our media arm: social adaptations of editorial features, and production help on the print magazine
  • Adapt templates so teams in other markets can localize them
  • Bring ideas to weekly content planning and take the ones we pick from sketch to publish

Requirements

  • Your portfolio matters more to us than anything else on this list. Social work if you have it, your strongest work if you don't.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a design program, or self-taught with the work to back it up
  • Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Some experience editing video. After Effects, Premiere, and CapCut all count. We're not hiring an editor, but you should be comfortable cutting a vertical video that holds attention.
  • Strong instincts for type and layout, and the ability to explain your choices
  • A current, working sense of how these platforms actually look and behave
  • Openness to feedback and a habit of coming back with options
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. We will not be able to interview or select candidates without valid U.S. work authorization for the 2026 year.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and detail: knowing how to apply our visual identity with coherence and creativity.
  • A wide range of visual references: from fine art to pop culture, pulling from other industries to make things entrepreneurs want to share.
  • Entrepreneurial bias: you experiment, test, learn, and adapt. When something doesn't land, you change it and try again.

Benefits

  • Real portfolio pieces by August, including printed ones
  • Access to fireside chats with our CEO, candid conversations with category-defining Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and face time with executives across our global HQ
  • New skills, relationships across 50+ countries, and a much deeper understanding of how entrepreneurship works around the world

Pay

New York State minimum wage ($17/hr), up to 40 hours/week

Schedule

Program duration: June 7th, 2027 to August 13th 2027. Hybrid internship in New York City, with three days per week to be spent at Endeavor Global’s HQ office in Downtown Manhattan.

We should also maybe include Internship Program Overview as part of About the role? But we already have About the role intro; we could add more description there. The Internship Program Overview is substantive; we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. Let's merge: after intro paragraph, add program overview description. Thus About the role paragraph(s) will include: THE POSITION paragraph + Internship Program Overview paragraph. Let's craft About the role:

Endeavor's social accounts are where most people meet our entrepreneurs for the first time. We post across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and this summer we're looking for a design intern to help us do it well. You'll make the posts, carousels, and short videos. You'll work out of our New York office alongside the MarComm team, and much of what you design gets picked up by colleagues in other markets and republished in other languages. You'll be in our weekly content planning, and we'll want to hear what you think is working and what isn't. Some of your time goes to Elsewhere Media, Endeavor's media arm. Elsewhere publishes stories about the companies being built outside the places people expect, and it runs in print as well as online. You'd help adapt features for social, build carousels out of longer pieces, and pitch in on the magazine as an issue comes together. The work is fast and it publishes. If you're looking for an internship that gives you real portfolio pieces by August, including printed ones, this is one.

The Endeavor Summer Internship Program gives students 10 weeks to do more than just watch from the sidelines. You'll be put side by side with our Headquarters teams in NYC, San Francisco, London, Dubai, or Singapore, owning meaningful projects that move Endeavor forward. You'll contribute to real work from day one, and by the end of the summer, you'll present it directly to our CEO. Along the way you’ll get access most internships can’t offer, including fireside chats with our CEO, candid conversations with category-defining Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and face time with executives across our global HQ. You’ll leave with new skills, relationships across 50+ countries, and a much deeper understanding of how entrepreneurship works around the world. This is your front-row seat to how a global organization helps ambitious entrepreneurs build, scale, and shape what’s next.

We already have Benefits covering some of that; but we can keep About the role as description of role and program overview; Benefits separate. We must not duplicate content. Benefits already includes some of those points; but we can keep them distinct: About the role describes role and program; Benefits list specific benefits. Overlap okay but not duplicate exact sentences. We'll adjust Benefits to not repeat exactly same sentences; we can keep generic. Let's craft Benefits as:
  • Real portfolio pieces by August, including printed work
  • Access to exclusive events: fireside chats with the CEO, conversations with Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and executive face‑time
  • Build relationships across 50+ countries and deepen your understanding of global entrepreneurship
Now ensure we didn't include boilerplate like "Read more about out program here". Remove that line. Also remove "About Endeavor WHO WE ARE..." etc. That's boilerplate? It's about the company; not required but could be considered extra. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About Endeavor" section is not explicitly boilerplate but could be considered company description; but we might keep it as part of About the role? However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Including About Endeavor may be extra but not required. The posting includes that; we need to preserve ALL substantive information. Is that substantive? It describes the organization; could be considered relevant. But we already have About the role; we could add a subsection about Endeavor under About the role or maybe a separate section "About Endeavor". However headings allowed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Not About Endeavor. So we should not create a heading for About Endeavor. We could fold that info into About the role paragraph. That would preserve substantive information. Let's incorporate key points: Endeavor is leading network of entrepreneurs scaling exceptional businesses; mission to develop thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems; model: select highest-potential scale-up founders, support, invest via Endeavor Catalyst, elevate role models, advance field via research, etc. Also stats: selected 3,100+ Endeavor Entrepreneurs across 50+ countries, founders of 100+ Unicorns. We'll add that to About the role after program overview. Thus About the role will have multiple paragraphs: role description, program overview, company overview. Now ensure we don't repeat info elsewhere. Now produce final HTML. Check for any prohibited content: no mention of "Applications close: October 7, 2026 at 11:59pm", "Interview process:", "Offer extension: November 16, 2026". Those are hiring timeline; should we include? The instruction: remove application instructions. Hiring timeline maybe considered application instructions? It's about process; could be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove application instructions. Likely we should omit hiring timeline. Also we should not include "Internship Program Overview" heading; we merged. Thus final HTML:
