DESCRIPTION
We work with businesses and organizations of all kinds to provide them with personalized promotional products. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Create electronic images suitable for imprinting on promotional products.
- Work closely with our customer service department to ensure the images meet the expectations of our customers and vendor requirements.
- Create artwork as needed by other departments.
- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
- Clean-up of faxed and bitmapped logos or copy from customers.
- Typesetting and providing proofs for customers' orders.
- Create various line illustrations from photos and other items.
- Convert various file types into images usable in the creation of vector-based art.
- Alter existing images/layouts so they are able to be imprinted on a variety of promotional products.
- Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates in your role.
- Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum two-year degree in Graphic Arts or equivalent experience.
- One to two years of experience in a related field.
- Must be proficient in Illustrator or CorelDraw, Photoshop, and keep up with the latest upgrades.
- Knowledge of computer-generated, production art related skills and terminology.
- Knowledge of imprinting methods and experience in the promotional products industry a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Regular and predictable attendance. Ability to effectively communicate with others (verbally and in writing). Ability to enter data. Work could be performed remotely (in WI only at this time) and at 4imprint, Oshkosh, Wisconsin offices.
WORK AUTHORIZATION
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain work authorization throughout the employment term.
